Best Service always a good experience for my quick morning coffee
went to this location last Sunday before 11am, ordered a loaded box and asked for sausage and bacon, when i got my order it was in a wrap and i asked the lady on the till and she said thats what i ordered. I am pretty sure I did not mention a wrap, so I just took and didnt want to make a fuss out of it. When I started eating there was no bacon so i asked for the receipt, i was charged dbl stacked so i told the lady and she said they will re make it. I had the service manager helping me with our offer and she was awesome. Positive, spoke clearly, cheerful and patient.
I know today there's a camp day for kids. We went to the drive-thru to get our hot drinks. There was a Tim Hortons staff member, a lady, standing outside beside the window where we were about to pay for our drinks. She had a bucket with a hole in the lid, asking for change for the kids' camp. We told her we didn't have any change, but she still asked if we wanted to add it to our bill instead.
