Im a regular customer at this time hortons and the guy guy at the counter told me to wait in parking lot so they can brew a fresh cup and he said he would bring it out to me...which is fine....but then instead of bringing me the coffee he yells from the drive through window at me to come back around through the drive through to grab it....I must say I dont expect excellent customer service but tim hortons has to do better because this is tarnishing a great canadian icon store....will avoid this store
Was just at this location watched a Chinese man pick up timbits that had fallen out of trays and used his hands no gloves or papers in his hand and put them back on shelf You need to train him properly
It's been years since I went to Tim's, now I know why. I actually went into this location and ordered at the counter instead of going through the drive through window to avoid being disappointed with a messed up order. Despite being asked to repeat my order three times, they still got it wrong. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on a toasted English muffin, simple I thought but apparently not.
