I had the misfortune of visiting this Tim’s just before 1:00pm today. I went into the restaurant, only because the line up at the drive through was at least 12 cars long, being backed up to Main Street, with the last vehicle being a black Chev 1/2ton! When I got in the line I was the second person. The couple in front of me had ordered the coffee and Timbits on line, but the order was not ready. Girl took 4 orderes before making one coffee, fine ok. Went and made all 4 and cleared the 6 mobiles waiting for their drinks and took a huge order at the counter and started making it. Then they played dumb saying they have no mobiles and pointed at the empty screen. Yes becuase you cleared them without making them!!!
Timbits were stale. Hot chocolate was weak.
The staff I talked to were friendly, I couldn't remember their names, but their customer service was great. Served me fresh product, and some of those donuts looked great.
The staff are so incompetent.
