I was always happy with this timmies but now I'm not going back , I asked to have scambked egg on my bagel belt and the lady flat out refused and said they don't do custom orders...come on its a EGG! So I guess with no custom orders I can't grt a bagel with cream cheese or no mayo on my sandwich and they only serve black coffee??
i have worked in customer service and fast food, i’ve been minimum wage, peak covid customer service. apprentice on worksites, and manager for a company, so i’d like to think i’m not an entitled prick. how does it possibly take 10 minutes to order an apple juice when there is 6 staff on the floor, and 2 people ahead of me in line who pretty much just ordered a wrap.
