I gave one star because of the poor service at this Tim Hortons in Montreal Airport. My sister was catching a flight and we were already late, so time really mattered. There was only one cashier open while two employees stood aside chatting. From the way one of them acted, I believe he was the store manager — yet instead of helping, he ignored my polite request to open another register. No Tim rewards, and considering it's in an airport nobody seems to be in a hurry to serve anyone. 10 mins in line when there were only 5 people ahead
One of the worst customer experience I’ve had so far.
Sooooooo sloooowww. It takes forever for them to out orders through. Plan ahead if you are set on going here.
