I visit this store mostly during the night hours as it close to my home and this is the third time i encountered with this girl named Etuadie Okaiwele. She is consistently Rude. we just walked in and while looking at the showcase she approached and we said we are just deciding in a really rude manner she replied “I’m busy”. The girl Etuadie Okaiwale who served was very rude, I asked for strawberry matcha she gave me vanilla matcha and when we told her that we ordered Strawberry matcha she said we don’t have it, I paid for it and she didn’t informed me when taking the order and when we were talking to her she didn’t even said sorry, she said “ i serve the same to other people “ meaning when they are asking her Strawberry matcha she is giving them vanilla matcha. There is no benefit to going to this Tim Hortons. Even if you go through the drive-thru, or in-store, in the morning or evening whenever you go, it takes 25 to 30 minutes just for a single small coffee. If you want anything else, you end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes, as their service is very bad.
Dont know anything about this tim hortons. Just was picking someone up from there.
I visit Tim Hortons every morning for my coffee, and STELLA at the drive-thru always makes my morning better! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always has a big smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stand out, especially first thing in the morning. She makes every visit feel pleasant and starts the day on a great note.
