I had the worst experience at your location on 25th August 2025. I placed a mobile order for a tea with two cream (no sugar) and a cilantro chicken wrap for pickup. When I arrived at the counter, the staff member (with out any name tag) preparing my order confirmed whether I wanted sugar in my tea. When I said no, she told her colleague, “the guy doesn’t need sugar with his tea, gross.” Later, when asking about the habanero sauce for the wrap, she commented, “It will not burn your mouth, you are brown.” I found these remarks... read more
Tables were dirty. Men's was filthy and without a lock on the stall door. Several staff stood idle while a line of several people waited. In fairness muffin and coffee were up to standard and clerk was friendly when I got to the head of the line. Overall, disappointing for a national chain with generally high standards.
A little slow and need to watch the orders what they're giving out.
