Visited Tim Hortons on Portage Ave in Winnipeg. The store was moderately busy during lunch. Staff were mostly friendly, though one employee was dismissive when I asked for a topped-up drink. The French vanilla was underfilled after foam dissipated, despite asking for a tray. Drive-thru had a 10-minute wait, and the coffee wasn’t filled to my requested level. Parking was easy, but the line moved slowly. Suggestion: specify “fill to the line” and ask for a tray to avoid confusion.

Very slow service 20 minutes to just get one coffee this is ridiculous this store should someone else take care of it the owner of this restaurant doesn’t care what customers say

I ordered from here around 7:24pm today drive through and waited for almost 10 minutes. It was just one coffee but the employees were talking inside and totally forgot about the order I had. There was not even single car at driver through and they took my order as well. After waiting so long I knocked window and the guy came and asked what was the order. They really don’t care about their customers. Really worst experience I have ever had.They don’t even feel sorry

Drive through Order was wrong again. The staff was correcting it. The One making sandwichs called out so I turned around and she was looking at me, so I took the bag she handed me. I was in a conversation with a friend and went back to it. Then the staff accused me of taking someone else's sandwich. I gave it back and yelled. Get your shit together people! I complained and got kicked out of the store. The manager would not hear me, and accused me.
