Staff at drive-thru very seldom say anything other than what you want. Rest is pretty much the same as most Tim's. Service inside today very friendly and fast service.

Took a walk with my little sister. She wanted to stop by Tim’s. They took around 7 mins to finally take her order(there was no line, only her) she paid with the Tim’s app for a flatbread. Waited around 10 mins until she finally said something. The same girl said just to wait a little bit more. Once it hit around 20 mins when we asked them again they said there was no order?!!! I recently went during a rush, which understandably took longer than normal. However, I had to wait 20+ minutes for one drink and sandwich, with many other customers coming and getting served while I was waiting. I only was able to get my order after having to ask a worker to make my items because I was waiting for so long. Hope they are able to stay organized in future rushes so that no one’s order gets forgotten in the chaos.

I went into the store yesterday to get a French vanilla and the girl serving me was new and in training I asked her to top up the French vanilla but she didn’t know how and sure enough once the foam dissipates it’s under the fill line. Today I went through the drive thru and was told on a previous visit to ask for a tray when I place my order which I did and also asked for a receipt. I will not be returning to this Tim Horton's specifically due to the Store Manager- Amanda. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work with her. On a few separate occasions, she was unprofessional and definitely not nice to the staff. I heard her tell an employee "If you do that again and hurt yourself, youre not going home." That isn't how a manager should speak to their own staff.
