Attitudes, Communication Skills and Service of some staff needs a significant adjustment.
I came to this Tim Hortons a couple weeks ago it was a hot mess express! The service was soooo slow, waited probably 20-30 minutes for some 'Take 10's'. There was no steep tea preparred. The staff seemed stressed out, confused, and overwelhmed. Customers were upset and angry for having to wait so long. It was un organized - people cutting in line and not knowing where the line ups were.
Manager was a completely unprofessional Rude do not go to this location ever disgusting
