The Tim Hortons on Portage Avenue near Costco was pretty busy, especially on weekends, with traffic backing up. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food tasted fresh—no rushed orders. Seating was flexible for groups of all sizes, and the shop stayed clean. However, the restroom was a bit messy, which stood out given how often people stop here. Parking can be tight, but the manager’s quick fix when I got the wrong sandwich showed great customer care. Maybe check the restroom more often?
2nd time I have ordered a medium hot chocolate and got given a coffee…
Very clean, well staffed
