Absolutely disgusting experience at Tim Hortons. One of the Timbits I received looked like it had already been eaten or handled by someone else. This is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue. When I complained, I was told I should be happy because I got an “extra” Timbit. That response is shocking. Giving customers food that looks like leftovers is not service — it’s negligence.
I went to the Southland location, ordered a XL tea with 2 milk. They gave me an XLTea with coffee poured on my T-bags..not Hot Water. No big deal...kinda funny and gross. But I went to this location instead of going back and i had the absolute WORSE service from a girl named Leanne. Not I dont know if she hates her job or just life in general, but girl.
