Horrible presentation, staff refused to remake my drink that was made wrong and missed my sausage in my double stacked croissant, which was given to me cold and upside down. Terrible service and too defensive
I ordered a bacon wrap and asked what’s inside of it (bacon, sauce, lettuce and a hasbrown) and the guy forgot to mention there were eggs, so I went back got a new one, which was nice they didn’t charge me. Then I went back to class to eat my wrap and there was no lettuce:/ sad
Staff is extremely rude with her attitidue in this morning. I purchased coffee by my money not her money please adjust your attitude. This problem occurs manytime when I bought a cup of coffe in the morning. It is so annoying. If u do not improve, please quit this job. Espeically, the woman wears the grey uniform.
Ok so I do not usually leave reviews, but I’ve been finding that every single time I buy food from here after 12:00 it is made wrong. I had two bacon everything pizzas made wrong, once without cheese and once with marinara sauce. My turkey club was made with only 2 pieces of bacon and ranch, and I’ve had flavoured ice caps made wrong 2 times. Today I visited Senator Burn Tim Hortons at 5:30 PM I don't usually give feedbacks but I saw a Lady I think her name was Kanika despite being alone over there she was managing and taking orders quickly during rush hour and also giving training to some employee side by side. It's very eye pleasing watching people working so hard and passionately because it's very rare these days.
