I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located inside the Cenovus Building (1301 16 Ave NW ). This is one of multiple Tim Hortons locations within the campus, and I am specifically referring to the one inside this building. During a recent visit to use my reward points, A staff member made a mistake but handled the situation poorly.
