I ordered an iced coffee, and the employee asked if I wanted it “double-double.” I thought iced coffee automatically came as a double-double, so I didn’t respond. However, when she handed me a hot drink, I realized there had been a misunderstanding and asked her to change it to an iced coffee. I suggest that employees read back customers’ orders to confirm them, as this could help prevent order mistakes in the future.

It’s a great place for coffee while waiting for Central Library to open.
This is unbelievable, I ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and she gave me everything bagel instead. I don’t mind taking the wrong bagel but what’s really concerning me is the staff. Very rude, unprofessional and impolite. I believe she’s filipina. I’m hoping this issue will be addressed.
