I ordered online. I showed up to counter and waited almost 15 minutes yet they didn’t even started my order. So please work on better service thank you!
I placed an online order at this Tim Hortons branch, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I waited for a long time without anyone calling my name or giving me any update. Eventually, I had to go and ask the staff about my order — only then did they start preparing it. It was very frustrating because ordering ahead was supposed to save time, not waste it. I hope they can improve their service for online orders in the future.
Avoid this , this Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had in café in my entire life , if I were cable to give it mines start I will do . the customer services very bad , my coffee tastes like water , you have to wait forever to get your order , and hygiene is unbelievable How is even allowed , the barista kept touching my cup by her hand and at the same time coming directly from the sink it’s unbelievable. I feel really bad :(
Terrible experience! They seriously need to hire and train more staff. The wait time is ridiculous—almost 20 minutes just to order, and then another 10+ minutes to receive it. On top of that, the hygiene standards are disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend!
