This is unbelievable, I ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and she gave me everything bagel instead. I don’t mind taking the wrong bagel but what’s really concerning me is the staff. Very rude, unprofessional and impolite. I believe she’s filipina. I’m hoping this issue will be addressed.
I prefer this location because there is less issues with "riff Raff" but the additude of the employees could improve. I was a little put off by the additude I got when she was doddling while making my drink. I'm tired and want to get home. When customers are waiting chatter is not priority. Do that on your free time please.
The Tim Hortons I just visited is, without question, the best location in the entire city. From the moment I arrived, everything stood out in the best possible way.
