Possibly you don't care about making customers happy or returning or a bad reputation to carry all over town slowing down the your cash flow. Staff are friendly and efficient. I bought a donut and bagel and theyre freshly baked. Perfect for a hot steeped tea. Shout out to the afternoon staff for getting my order fast at the drive thru!
