Wasted 10 minutes of my time - instead of giving me coffee, trying to explain they don't have Americano decaf because it's based on espresso, and the brewed one isn't based on espresso, but espresso is strong but brewed coffee isn't. Why does the name of the drink matter so much? I wanted to pay more for my drink, as long as I get a drink, but no luck.
I always order their maple brown butter scrambled wrap with bacon in the morning but somehow they always give me a bacon farmers wrap the screen shows the right order but whoever makes it is running by default i guess.
