Came here today and Mel was so sweet she helped us and her customer service skills are top tier she made our experience 10x better. Will be coming back because of how kind she was.
Don't expect speed. No one in line so I went in (theyre always slow) as it shouldve been quick. 12 minutes wait with, as i said, no one in front of me while they mopped the floor etc etc Had to leave not to be late so who knows how long the wait would've been. By the time I left there was 8 people behind me. Poor them. When I went back after my appointment, similar scenario but faster. People behind me were leaving. At least this time my table was clean, which is rare at that location.
Good job Jocelyn! Highly recommend customer service.
