I so don’t like putting out bad reviews but it’s been happening a lot lately. Getting at the drive through to order and being welcomed with a “yeah?” “Yup?” “What do you want?”. Don’t put a staff that can’t understand English to take orders at the drive through. Many order errors, making customers repeat constantly. Many staff are wonderful there and the food is good… I think it’s the human errors that make it a bad experience.
Great and very nice employees! This location is always busy but whenever I visit theres this lady with tattoo Devine, she always makes sure that our orders in the waiting area are being made.

A smile from time to time would be nice. Staff appeared stressed, unhappy, and inconvenienced by patrons. I haven't been to this Tim's in years, something has changed.
