Very slow service on mobile order
If only all Tim Hortons franchise operate as efficiently and with as friendly of staff as this location. Drive thru or inside. Both lines always move quickly. Staff is always pleasant and order accuracy is excellent. Nice work!
Edit - I spoke with CS who said the owner would be in touch with me and never did reach out. Seems to be par for the course unfortunately. The service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and it’s not just a one-off. It’s very consistently slow. Be prepared to wait and wait and hope your order is right when it comes. It’s too bad. Nice staff but not enough of them.
