Had offer for a combo, placed order through drive thru and charged me separate for items. When i realised what happended, i went inside to talk to them. They said that one of the items of the combo doesnt count, eventhough i showed them the offer combo on the app. More like take it or leave it attitude. Check your receipts too, i got charged diffrent items couple of time. You tap and go and not even notice
