I've had a few bad experiences at this location, and my latest visit was no exception. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and flatbread. Even though I was the only customer, the staff seemed disorganized. When I got to the payment window, they just shoved the interact at me through the window without telling me the total. Slow service coffee was ok not great .
Amazing hard work by a young worker named Charlotte, very polite and friendly, she definitely lit up the atmosphere considering this down town location known for loitering.
