I had a pretty frustrating experience today. I placed a mobile order for an iced apple drink and came in to pick it up. The store wasn’t even that busy, but a few staff members were just standing around and no one acknowledged me. I said “excuse me” but got ignored, which was honestly annoying since I was getting late for work. Today I was completely disgusted as the store manager denied service to somebody because they were feeding a homeless person that was outside of their restaurant. I understand that you may have had a problem with that homeless person but with the person buying that food does with their money and the food that they buy in your establishment is none of your damn business.
