I recently visited this tim hortons and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional food was just thrown at us without a word, and there was no basic courtesy. I strongly suggest that management either provide proper training to improve the staff’s customer service skills or consider hiring individuals who are better suited to working with the public. A little kindness and communication can go a long way in creating a welcoming environment.
Place gets worse and worse every day , could definitely be better managed , but so could most of them .
I went threw the drive through not to long ago and a ginger hair gentleman took my order and handed it to me threw the window with a smile and treated me so nice
