On 10 September, 2025 at approximately 7:00 p.m., I visited this location and ordered a coffee. While waiting for my order, I was confronted with an extremely disturbing and unsanitary situation. A male employee was serving food and coffee while his thumb was visibly bleeding and injured. This was shocking and unacceptable. Even more concerning, when I pointed this out to him, he responded that he was already aware of the issue.
