I came to this location to get an iced capp with Vanilla syrup in it. Any other time I come to this location I have a good experience - super friendly, adequate time and service but today I went and got an iced capp there and it wasn't to my satisfaction. I work at tim hortons and I know what the iced capp is supposed to look like so when I got the iced capp i didn't notice that it was filled to the 4th line instead of the 5th line and didn't taste like vanilla at all and mainly tasted like cream more then anything.
