Horrible customer service. Person taking the order was rude and did not care to listen to what we wanted to order. Ordered a cappuchino with almond milk and 2 sugar. Got a cappuchino with regular milk and no sugar. Plus we were told that we need to order faster since we are taking too long. We took long because they have so many items out of stock and then we need to reevaluatr what we want. Horrible customer service! Rude as can be. If you don't want to work there, then get resign!
Ruchika. Don’t even get me started. When I was getting my change back, she practically threw my change and made me get it from a tight place. Which took me pretty long. Next, my friend asked for a cream cheese bagel and you know what she did? Ruchika just put butter. We let that slide and asked her to put some cheese on it. And she just gave us cheese in a bag. Excuse me? Not even put the cheese in it herself. We had to do it ourselves. I am never coming back here again unless you fire her. Thank you for your time.
