I had great experience with this location. My food was perfect as asked for customized sandwich.
Avoid this location if you can. We drive from Hamilton to Niagara after work almost every day and stop here regularly. The problems at this Tim Hortons are constant. The Ice Capp machine seems to be out of service more often than it's working. Today was the final straw. Staff told us they only had enough chicken left for one sandwich. We purchased it anyway, only to discover that the chicken was so hard, dry, and overcooked that it was practically inedible. We had to turn around, drive back, and request a refund. Talk about the worst Cheesy Melt sandwich I've had in my life. I got it via the drivethru, and waited for it to cool down. Pulling it out, the bread was fluffy and nicely toasted, but the cheese slices could be obviously seen. Oh well. Frist bite; cold cheese. I told myself it wasn't a big deal, and I could try to eat it cold. Second bite; nope. Absolutely horrible.
