I had a really frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons location.I placed an order using the kiosk, used my rewards points, and my bank card was charged $15.78. After waiting 15 minutes with no name called, I went to the counter. An employee asked what my order was and walked away without saying anything, so I assumed he was handling it. I really enjoy their breakfast! My dog is also a huge fan of the drive through. They are super quick. They are friendly. There is one employee on drive thru who is just amazingly and funny. She makes my day with her quick small chat and she always asks how I'm doing! 👌 It's just a good experience and I have found myself becoming a fan of the place. No matter what time or what day we come to this location the staff have absolutely zero manners or courtesy. I always thank them when they hand me my order and I don’t get as much as a grunt in return. Customer service is the poorest I've witnessed, and it’s not an isolated event, it’s every single time!
