Went through the Drive Thru and was given a tea that was not even luke warm. Gave it back and got the same thing back. When we told her girl that it was cold again, she told us the machine is warm so it must be warm, then walked away. Totally ridiculous service.
Great service and great food
Worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Ordered two hot chocolates on my app. Get there and they say there is no hot chocolate. Something about the machine being down. He says you can just cancel the order. I said I don’t know how. And I don’t think you can once you place the order. He was no help in helping find something to substitute it with. Finally looking go at the menu we decided on tea since we don’t drink coffee. And then ask for them to throw in 10 timbits in for the hassle.
