The service at this location has become terrible!!!!!! In 90% of my visits, the counter is completely unattended as the staff hangs out in the back area, forcing customers to call out just to get someone’s attention. The workflow is poorly managed; I’ve seen one employee struggle at the register while others stand in the back chatting or performing simple tasks that only need one person, leaving finished orders sitting and ignored.
