Love the coffee at Tim Horton's. I stop every morning on my way to work. Coffee is always correct. The employees always great me with a pleasant greeting. I have not had a bad experience at this store. When I run inside to get a treat to take to work for my office, they are always willing to help me pick a good variety. The doughnuts, Tim bits and muffins are always a welcome treat at my office. We never have any leftovers.

Need a zero star rating. Challenge to order, finally got my Egg Muffin, it was dry to the point of non swallable.... the bagel... wasn't toasted as I ordered and Cold. Worst of all... the staff don't seem to care if whatever you get is whatever you get.

It's popular, therefore busy usually. I go there consistently. It can be sometimes slower than I'd like, but I can't fault the service otherwise or the friendly and open nature of the staff -- particularly Dianne. Dianne should have her own Tim's franchise probably. I know several of the staff -- John, Christian, Raman, Loveleen, but Dianne stands out.

Horrible service. Went there today to order 2 large chili's to go. I was 2nd in line , went by fast, put the order in and the girl says to the other girl, it's gonna take a while. after waiting for 15 minutes and 5-6 cars behind me. They came and opened the window and said they did not have enough for two. I asked for my money .and left. Horrible. horrible service. This is like the 3rd time that happened to me in that location. Never going back again and I will tell my customers do not go there

Worst breakfast experience ever! 45 minutes just to get 2 coffees, 1 donut, 1 hashbrown, 1 wrap. 3 people working on a Sunday morning and none had a clue. Out of most of the donuts as well. Oh and the wrap was disgusting and hashbrown was cold. I would have been better and faster at the McDonalds up the street. Oh Canada, you should be ashamed!

This Tim Hortons was the slowest in Canada until a very smart looking pretty young girl from Asia started working there last year. She is always cheerful and efficient and I go there just to see her. Please give her a raise in salary because she deserves it. She works hard every early morning to give good service even to the local drug addicts who can be extremely rude.

While having lunch at this location on July 31, 2025, a front counter staff member stepped into the kitchen. Someone in the kitchen started hollering at her, not in English so I don't know what was said, and she proceeded to argue back loudly. This went on for 5 minutes and she had tears on her face when she came back to the counter. It made the atmosphere unpleasant and in my opinion this was very unprofessional, I will not be back to this location.
