I don't get it.... every day I do an order before I leave my house, drive 15km and still have to wait for a single coffee for mobile order pickup. Nobody in the store drive thru just banging out coffee and I stand there ignored and delayed. What is the value for the client if I do the work and get worse service? Today from time I ordered to time I got a coffee was 27 minutes.....
Coffee made wrong
Consistently mess up orders, tell them any changes to a drink and it's guaranteed going to be wrong.
Always handing out wrong orders
Great Tim Hortons, this location has been amazing to me.
