100% the worst tims in the city. 4 times in a row now I have not gotten the drink I ordered, and on top of that they also got my wifes order wrong 2 of those times. 15 bucks down the drain because of the incompetence. Thanks to this location I am done with tims for good. Your staff is by far the worst I have seen at any tims. Shameful what this brand has become.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ate from, and easily the worst in the city. The servers get your order wrong about 90% of the time, the food is barely edible, and the drinks aren't even done right. Would highly recommend going to any other location in the city.
