My coworker and I pulled into the drive through at 10:30. We waited and waited for someone to answer us in the drive thru. Finally A young lady served us. She seemed very annoyed to have customers and was quite rude. It felt she was waiting and hoping we'd just leave. I had ordered an iced capp, she got a frozen lemonade. This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. I’ve been disappointed over and over again, and this last visit proved how bad it really is. Staff clearly don’t care. I watched an employee touch dirty surfaces and trash, then go right back to handling food without washing their hands or wearing gloves! On top of that, the manager Gurkcamel wasn’t even wearing a hairnet, walking around like she’s above basic hygiene standards. I ordered something simple, and my receipt showed it exactly how I asked.
