Staff is rude.
The wait time's absolutely ridiculous in this location.
I am happy to report that this Tim Hortons location knows how to get orders right and complete them in a timely manner. It might be the only location in the province or even in the entire country that can handle multiple orders at once and get it all correct. Originally from Toronto and have boycotted Tim Hortons for a while now but the Pen Centre has great employees who not only understand what I am saying but can provide service with a smile.
I was tasked with grabbing Tim's gift cards for my team. Leanne was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful in working through the process with me. Great location, great staff, order made right. Recommended!
