So when I wrote a review about this place it was 8 years ago and I gave them five stars and they deserved it but now every time I go there my orders are wrong and tonight just made it horrible that I felt like I had to re-review this place so as I pulled in there's people everywhere and not customers I go through the drive-thru I order a steeped tea I get up to the window I wait over 10 minutes before he even came up to the window and when I finally got my tea it was supposed to be a steeped tea and it was bag tea and he eve... read more

I'm a regular customer at this location, and the night shift team always provides outstanding service. Nav, Simer and Isha are especially friendly, professional, and welcoming every time I visit. They make sure my order is accurate, serve fresh coffee, and always greet customers with a positive attitude, even during busy late

I frequent this location regularly and the staff here are exceptional and have always provided outstanding service. Extra thanks to the afternoon and night staff, as they are always courteous and helpful, especially to Nav and Simer who have made every visit welcoming. As someone who has worked in this industry, I have a lot of respect for the workers here as they do an outstanding job. I would gladly give 10 stars if possible.
