They never have anything from the menu, if you order something in another type of bread they don't do it, the girl on the counter was rude and she did not give us what we asked for, when we told her what we asked for, with a photo and application of Tim Hortons in hand, in case she did not understand us or get confused, she would get angry and say that it was the same, when clearly it was not, she threw everything she left us on the counter, the donuts, the straws and the timbits. WORST ATTENTION OF ALL TIM HORTONS.
I give this place a negative -5 Star rating. A guy asked for a cup of water, and Tim Hortons charged him 11 cents. He didn't have the money, so they wouldn't give it to him. I had to step in to pay for it. It bothers me that Tim Hortons practices its business this way, while Starbucks gives it for free. I'm disgusted!!!
