Tim Hortons is standard fare. It’s fine quality and affordable, and that’s what you like about it. This place does it like you’d expect. They are average in all areas except customer service. They shine in customer service. We ordered 20 Tim bits over Uber. They informed us they were out of timbits. They refunded us and gave us 8 donuts and a scone as an apology. It was incredible. Made our week.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement at this Tim Hortons recently. Even during the busiest times, the staff are always smiling, friendly, and make sure every order is correct. It’s also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve been to—the dining room and washrooms are always spotless. You can really tell the new management not sure what her name is but she has a dark hair takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that customers have a great experience. Keep up the amazing work! I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Something has changed coming to this store, it's crazy, it's like the workers are happier, everyone's faster and are more happy, it's so nice to see!
Service was great no matter what time of the day i visit I always get fresh coffee. Staff is very friendly. One of the nicest location in city. Do recommend
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were fast, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My order was prepared quickly, and the service was excellent.
