Our local Tim's. Staff are always friendly.
The women's bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and dirty. The toilet in the handicap stall was full of poop and had poop down the front of it as well. I didn't even want to wash my hands as the sink was dirty and the counter was completely wet. I would never eat there if this is an example of how clean their place is.
The staff were really great here, however, the restaurant was very dirty. There was food under my table that had clearly been there for a while, as ants had gathered around it.
Never seen a women's bathroom so disgusting like it was never cleaned shit in the toilet and outside the front, floors were dirty they need new management and more cleaning.
We'd 25th at 10 30. Whoever the blonde manager is with glasses and ponytail is so rude to other staff members. She's was yelling and screaming at them, spoiling my experience. Wouldn't want to go there again. Poor young who made my drink was so nice and everything was OK but this manager came screaming and screeching at other staff members.. don't need that. No thanks!
