Today (October 27, 2025) around 8:55 a.m., I went to this location and ordered a bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese and a hash brown inside. On my very first bite, I felt something hard — it turned out to be a clear piece of plastic about 4 inches long, nearly the length of the bagel. I went back right away to let them know and get a refund. Washrooms very dirty
Have been going here for a while, and more regularly recently. Isabella, Will, and Amber have all been wonderful and attentive to detail. Every item of food or beverage ordered has been exceptional! Thank you guys!
