Ordered a box of 6 Harry Potter doughnuts, was never told the boxes included an apple fritter and maple doughnuts. They made a mistake the first time, charging me for a regular box of 6, hence forcing a refund. I asked again for a box of 6 doughnuts, 2 Ravenclaws, 2 Slytherins, 1 Gryffindor and 1 Hufflepuff. That's where they made another mistake. They never told me that boxes of 6 weren't possible, but only told me once the transaction was done.
