The staff have no clue when I placed the order for strawberry swirl soda. She even asked if I wanted it cold. She asked another staff how to make the drink and randomly put syrup and foam into the soda. She then poured some out and put in ice and more foam and syrup. The drink didn't look and taste like what it should be and very disappointing. Later I overheard a staff asked a customer if he wanted the mint tea "black". Worst Tims location (#104282) I’ve been to. Lack of hygiene and disregard for food safety. I ordered a london fog with oat milk mobile order in advance, 10min later I got to the store, the store had no customers but the drink wasn’t made. The staff were busy washing dishes instead of making drinks. I made them aware of order. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely disappointing experience. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, and they handed me a cup that was only about two-thirds full. When I asked why, the employee told me the missing portion was “the space the ice would have taken up.” Seriously? I’ve lived in Toronto for years and have NEVER experienced this anywhere. I come here every day, even though there’s a Tim Hortons much closer to my home. I still choose to come to this location because getting my coffee here genuinely makes my day better. A big part of that is Aria, who provides absolutely amazing customer service. He always has a few kind or funny things to say, and his positive energy instantly puts you in a better mood. It’s such a small gesture, but it really makes a difference and can completely turn your day around. If I were the manager, I would definitely give him a raise... read more
