Still slow slow service. Huge lineup with only three employees. You would think they would care enough to actually staff the place properly for lunch time rush. Terrible service. complete lack of respect for people‘s time on a Sunday.
Very disappointing experience. The staff member named Glande was quite impolite and did not seem to understand how to prepare a proper cold brew. Instead, I was given an iced coffee mixed with cream. When I asked for a cold brew, she insisted that what she gave me was correct and said it comes from the machine that way. I’ve been ordering cold brew for over 10 years, and this has never happened at any other Tim Hortons location.
