I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a wrap and clearly asked for the hot sauce on the side. When it came with the sauce inside, I kindly asked if they could change it. Instead, one of the employees took the wrap out of my hand and threw it away, told me to “make sure you tell them next time” (even though I already had), and then whispered an extremely rude comment about me as she walked away. Slow slow service. it’s like they don’t care. Waiting ten minutes for a coffee while the server fills cups of straws instead of taking orders.
