Went in at 5:15 to get donuts for my son’s hockey team. The lady at the counter wouldn’t sell me more than 6 donuts. It was 5:15pm and there were plenty of donuts in the case. I had 2 other moms with me and collectively they would only sell us 6. Only reason they gave us was that the baker had left for the day. It was very frustrating as you wouldn’t think to go to a donut shop and have a limit on how many you can buy. I’ve contacted their customer service and they told me there’s a limit of 12. Every single time I order a wrap from here they always manage to absolutely destroy it with the wrap portion ALWAYS getting split open in one way or another. I'm leaving a review today because this one is so egregious I can't help but think it was intentional. It's a shame this was take-away or I'd absolutely ask them to remake it— sad to say I'm probably going to have to start checking that I don't have another complete mess each time now. Coffee counter service is always fantastic but the food side 100% needs training.
