Came in a bit after 9pm on september 11th and the level of disrespect i received was frankly appealing. Whomever the closer was is incredibly rude and has a very poor attitude. He was fussing over his donut display ignoring me for a bit. When he finally took my order he was rushing me trying to get me to finish. Simply rude behavior. That man needs a lesson in customer service
I stopped there for breakfast on Saturday and the egg and sausage wasn’t cooked, very cold on a semi burnt biscuit, it was gross - I don’t think it’s safe to serve either as I think it should be heated up to a certain temperature before sending off. I had the app ready for points and coupon, it wasn’t scanned.
