I work close by to this Tim Hortons and never had a bad experience. Hein always serves me with a smile and brightens my day. I usually mobile order and find the service to be very fast !
not so good anymore. employees who make coffee touch the rim of the cups and top where we put our mouths. seem to not be careful with cross contamination of food.watched them accidentally tearing my breakfast wrap while making it. then they just dumped the contents of it on the table and put it in a new wrap. I saw them reuse bacon from a sandwich that was discarded and add it to someone else's order. today I ordered a frozen Lemonade, they made 3 drinks but I kept havint to tell them it wasnt the correct item. showed pics o... read more
