They don’t seem to take orders carefully. I ordered a simple iced latte, but I was given a sugary iced coffee instead. I also ordered a 20Timbits and specifically asked for a mix of every flavor available. There were five flavors in the store, but when we opened the box, we found only three flavors.
Can come in some of worse ones poor service and manager dont know how stuff works
I literally had the worst experience of my life in this exact location, nowhere else!!! First everything was okay, it was 9am and I went in. I just ordered one coffee and one sandwich and the girl who took my order was nice and respectful. It was busy so I knew I have to wait a bit longer than usual, I got the coffee but the sandwich wasn’t ready yet and it was getting close to ten minutes and I was in a rush.
