Had a farmers wrap today. The egg inside was cold. The wrap itself was barely warm. Called in to give feedback but they never answered the phone.
I have been coming to this Tim Hortons since it was constructed. The staff have always been very friendly, even when overwhelmed with customers. Even though I no longer reside at the building where this Tim's is located, I still make a point to come to this location because the staff makes me feel so at home. This is my favourite Tim Hortons in the city because of the personal treatment I receive. You always keep it friendly, unlike other Tims locations in this city and in others. Great job, guys!
