After 25 years visiting Tim Hortons daily spending at least $10-20 everyday, I started buying my coffee, tea and breakfast from McDonald's. I realized the huge quality difference immediately after my second visit. Their stores, washrooms, employees and order accuracy are much better. I won't be coming back to Tim Hortons once more in my life. I was patient enough for years tolerating low quality just because it is a Canadian business.
