Horrible service. How does tim Hortons not sell Milk? I wanted a cup of Milk for my daughter and they wouldn't see me a cup of Milk. I told them to charge it as a latte just not put espresso in it but they replied so rudely saying it was not their problem and they cant do that. Horrible people.
I’m a regular customer at Timmies, but I’ve noticed that one of the Filipina staff members who makes the coffee often has an unfriendly attitude. Customer service is just as important as the coffee. I hope this can be improved.
