I was at Tim Hortons this afternoon at centre point location ordered a steep tea through mobile app got my tea cup wasn’t properly close and it was all over the floor I went back and tell the cashier name Catrina not only she charged me again , again she didn’t give me no sleeve for the cup . Very poor customer service i never been to Tim's this slow service they have 6 people i they one cashier that's is very slow. Talking Filipino language so unprofessional at all. They should work less talking
Very slow service. Line up is awkward as it blocks the mall entrance.
One of the best timmies out there located inside Centerpoint mall. Clean, quick and awesome staff. Highly recommending this Tims!
