Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Sat at the order window for 10 mins while I watched 4 people order at the window beside me
We just visited this tim hortons and we decided to get our order from drive through but we waited for 5mints and no one was saying anything i was like no one were working even we called”Hi there” but still no response so we decided to walk in and we went in , the atmosphere in there was not nice i can’t explain but it was notgood experience today

I asked for scrambled eggs instead of specifically saying “New Ryan Box,” and the male Filipino employee responded in a very rude tone and facial expression. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding with the order, but the way he spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful.
