Poor customer service. The store is not busy.. the staff doesn't know how to greet customers.. they were just roaming in the store.
I said I needed a moment and then was ignored. Stood directly infront of the till, touching the counter and staff just walked by, "excuse me?" Still ignored....so I left. And I won't be back.
Its clean and had a good selection of donuts
Asked for a tea with 2 sugar and 2 honey, why is it full of cream? Not once did I ask for cream or milk do you not know how to make tea? Let alone speak English maybe? Not the first time my order has been screwed up and even when I try to correct it they screw it up worse then the first time, should close this location and hire staff that is fluent in English and can read what the screen tells them, they always mess up the point system, I’ve given up with this location I feel like I have wasted my money here more times then ... read more
