Posting this because this is not the first time ive had a problem with this specific location of Tim Hortans. June 2026 It's 8:26pm. I stopped at the drivethru after a long shift of work, got a coffee and a hot chocolate. I waited at the window for 7 long minutes, just for a young lady to come and say "Sorry our debit machine is down. Do you have cash?" which i replied, "Oh, no . Sorry" and she said "oh im sorry. That pathetic service by tall Nepali Guy was something unexpected. He should be taught how to deal with customers and given more intense training. Rudeness and attitude should be kept in pocket always and should be taught to every employee
Mold on my bagel. Couldn't see it because it was covered in cream cheese but i absolutely tasted It.. yuck.
