Today, I ordered a coffee and a chocolate chip muffin through the Tim Hortons drive-thru. There was a car in front of mine, and the customer in it had placed an order. Even after receiving their order, the customer support staff kept playing with a dog inside that car. I had to wait there for about five to six minutes. This is by far my favorite Tim Hortons. The service is always amazing, the food is always great and honestly when I walk into this establishment I feel welcomed.
Management should definitely be paying attention to the young lady named Julia. Her customer appreciation is absolutely exceptionally amazing each and every single visit. Always greeted with a smile and sincerity. Very very welcoming. This young lady nails it each and every time. Thank you Julia.
