Ugh, I'm so bummed! This is the fourth time in a row that I've had a bad experience. I work close by and usually grab a drink and some food there. Last time, I tried a mobile order, hoping it would be easier and I could skip the line. But the staff totally ignored my order for over five minutes, then made it without even calling out the number!
