Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I went in to sort out an issue with a messed-up order, and while one of the male staff members was helpful and took my name down for follow-up, things went downhill fast the next day. When I returned, the two female employees at the front (both wearing glasses) were incredibly rude and dismissive when I explained the situation. I asked for an Oreo mocha iced Capp and got a chocolate chill Sometimes they get your order right, their availability on here says 24 hours and that is absolutely wrong. Whoever set this up made a boo-boo, I haven’t seen any timhortons in ssm that is open 24/7
