Poor service given to us by the staff itself wouldn't recommend but rarely busy

Food is always cooked well and the drinks are nice, employees are always pleasant and their customer service is top notch :)
I normally go to this Tim Hortons as I work in the mall and never have any issues, until today. I got a bagel with little to no cream cheese which I pay an extra $0.60 for. I go back to complain, they’re nice, very understanding and apologetic i was happy. Until I got the same half eaten bagel back! So disgusting and not to mention them legit throwing it on.
