I normally go to this Tim Hortons as I work in the mall and never have any issues, until today. I got a bagel with little to no cream cheese which I pay an extra $0.60 for. I go back to complain, they’re nice, very understanding and apologetic i was happy. Until I got the same half eaten bagel back! So disgusting and not to mention them legit throwing it on.

Very bad service, gets orders wrong, allows vagrants in restaurant , bad manners, don't understand English, would not recommend.
I am a regular customer here and not only are the staff friendly they are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Timmy's.
