The old lady named Karen during the night is very rude while taking the order in the drive thru and while giving the coffee in hand.
I literally HATE Tim hortons but this one is actually so horrribe. I ordered a bagel and extra cream cheese (because I’m sick of getting a bagel with a smear of cream cheese that’s thinner than paper). I paid $2.00 on top of the price of the bagel and this is what I got!!! At the window when I ordered, I literally asked her to make sure there was extra and she said she would. This is like the 20th time this has happened to me!
