Somehow managed to make my wrap wrong both times. Staff here seems to be completely incompetent at doing their job.
We were in line behind a family and another couple was behind us. As soon as we were up, the cashier went to the other register and attended the couple while we had to wait. My husband said the manager told him to, but either way, it was very rude and embarrassing. Thankfully we’re just visiting, but this was our worst Tim Hortons experience ever.
