Two days in a row going through the drive-thru. Both times my order was messed up. Both times I was rushed through while trying to place to order at the window. Today, I even said, "stop and listen to what I'm saying" and then she repeated it back to me and she did repeat it correctly, but once i got my items home to eat my breakfast and have my steeped tea .... the tea was a coffee. I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. The coffee was fresh and the donuts were really tasty. The staff were friendly and served customers quickly. The place was clean and comfortable to sit in. I would definitely come back again for coffee and snacks.

I just want to give them one basic customer service advice, if the mistake is from your team’s end , just admit it, if you’re willing to explain it to the customer so do it or just apologize and end the whole confusion rather than throwing attitude and blaming it on customers. Worst drive through experience ever at exmouth Christiana st Tim Hortons. Have no clue what I did (nothing) but rude, through my coffee in my hand, I almost dropped it. Of course new canadian.. bright red lip stick. If you un happy with you're job find a new one
