I'm giving this location 5 stars out of spite for A&W across the street treated me badly and compared to that this tims location always treated me well, screw that A&W location
I went in to the store as the drive thru was packed. 1 women and I stood there for 6l5 or 6 minutes, not even spoken to or said hi to.... not one person in the store said a word to us as we waited to get helped at the front cash. Then the baker came out from the back and said to the front cash Manger (a bald man) "HEY, check out that one there that just came in" . To which the manager turned around, looked at me and said "oh.
