Drive thru experience- Just don't put an attitude cashiers if they are not friendly and a hasty staff guy who doesn't care about customers choices doesn't mean you made a wrong order or your order does not count in promo app we customers can't decline and change orders! Coffee and quick meal are stress relievers for a days work, and eventually some of your staff will add up anxiety and stress too. come on work it out please
The primary reason for the low review is sanitation. Whoever was working the drive though window on Sept 2, 2025 at 4:45pm needs a coaching or potentially more. The individual was "touching" his nose as I rolled up to the drive through window. He saw me and quickly lowered his hand. Then proceeded to take payment, grab my coffee cup (with the same hand that was used on his nose) and pass it to me.
