I just wanted to share my experience. I placed an order through my mobile, and when I arrived, I was informed that some items were unavailable. The staff offered suitable substitutions, and upon my request, they even provided a separate order as a complimentary gesture. This is the kind of customer support we hope to receive from Tim Hortons, which unfortunately seems to be missing at many locations these days.
