It’s like they brew every cup individually it takes so long
Had to clarify 3 times that I wanted a DOUBLE STACK farmers wrap, and the employee kept saying double double in the drive thru. So when I drove up to the pay window, paid, and then they gave me two medium double doubles (I didn’t even say medium ??????) Granted, it was my fault for not looking at the cost before paying (usually at Tim’s drive thru, they don’t say the price, they just hand me the card machine and I tap without question cause I know what the prices are, so also my fault). Everytime me and my co-workers come here, Never a single complaint, Food is always absolutely perfect, cold drinks, hot drinks never a miss. Never have to wait long to receive your order. The list can go on and on. “WE NEED MORE TIMMIES LIKE THIS ONE”
I had an issue on the morning of June 10th. I went there to get coffee at around 7:15 AM. A lady with a hijab served me, and she put the coffee near the machine without telling me it was ready. I waited there unnecessarily. It wasted my time in the morning, and she never apologized. But the rest of the staff is extremely professional. It is so close to my home that I visit regularly. I have never had any issues except today. It is one of the best Tim Hortons in my experience.
Save yourself the time — avoid this Tim Hortons if you're in a hurry. Every time I visit, I end up just standing there while the staff focus entirely on the drive-thru. There’s rarely anyone available to take your order promptly, and once they do, the wait is much longer than it should be. Fast food should be quick and efficient — this feels more like waiting for table service. If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
