I've been in pickering for 1 year now and I get coffee daily from this place. The people can't speak English and they always get my order wrong. I ask for triple triple with expresso and there's NO sugar in my coffee or it's undercreamed. My girl asks for extra cream cheese and it's smeared in the middle of the bagel instead of properly spread. These are basic life skills and attention to detail things my 2 year old can do. Have been there on multiple occasions, have never gotten the order right once.
They use low quality products.We ordered chicken creavable sandwich. Chicken was uncooked and taste like old. Quality of food is very bad.
I used to go to this location all the time. I would get two steep tea's a day. At $2.60 that was $5.20 a day and at 350 days a yr (to account for holidays etc) that is $1,820 a year. With that I was always rudely rushed through the window where it seemed the time spent serving the customer at the window was more important then getting the tea correct. Now the price has increased to $2.70 per cup its a lot cheaper just making it at home in a Thermos for the day. When the service is bad and the price is high ya have to walk.
