Might as well take down the kiosk, it's uselesss if the servers can't even serve and see your order and ask you for what you ordered.
The service is too slow, and the crew members are unprofessional and lack skills. It's a very messy restaurant with an unclean atmosphere where the crew cooks.
Incredibly disappointed – Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 I used to enjoy coming here, but the quality and service have plummeted. The cashier was outright rude—no greeting and visible temper tantrums . Worse, the food is consistently stale. It’s clear they are selling cookies, donuts, and croissants that have been sitting out for over a week. To top it off, I waited 15 minutes for a simple coffee when I went after management changed, while the staff ignored counter pickups entirely. I won't be coming back.
Unbelievable actually unbelievable.They made us wait 15 whole minutes while there was nobody in the whole store this is outrageous will never come back again
