If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every single visit seems to come with a new issue. I usually order ahead through the app on my way to work, but I would strongly advise against doing that here. I was just trying to order food this morning. And the TFW that was working in front couldn't understand how to work the machine. Im just asking for a breakfast sandwich on a bagel for some reason she is repeating to me as a toasted bagel with butter. And this is why we hire competent people. It's very basic but after going back and forth for a few minutes she had to get help from someone else who knew what she was doing. I didnt want to argue but was close to it.
